Hello, With this count of IOs, Solution is not possible with S7-1200. The max. number of signal modules is 8 + CPU. You can not have a remote IO station with S7-1200. So, the (8 modules + CPU 1215C) is no enough for100 DI,100 DO,20 AI & 10 AO For S7-300. You can work with 2 rack solutions. 20 AI => 3 AI modules * 8 channel each. 10 AO => 2AO modules * 8 channel each. 100 DI => 4 DImodules * 32 channel each. 100 DO => 4 DO modules * 32 channel each. You can work with power supply 10 Amps for PLC, analog modules, DO modules. And another PS for field devices + DI modules. The above is not the only solution. I did not provided any part numbers, you have to select it according to your customer requirements. Hope this helps.

Then see the technical specification of these modules to know the power consumption and then select your PS. Hope this helps.
