Sinamics G120 bumpless

kiran p Posts: 86 Rating: (2)	Hi, I have sinamics G120 drive with CU 240E 2 DP, I am communicating this drive with PLC through Profibus communication. My application is bumpless i.e if drive is running in remote mode, if we change that one to local, it must be run condition only, not in off condition. And if drive is running in local mode if we changed to remote it does not stop, it must be in run condition only. For drive off condition also same. Is threre any special function blocks are there in drive for this bumpless operation. Please help me regarding this.

I think, as long, as the on command is given, the actual speed has to be the set on the several setpoint sources, e.g. the ramp function generator p1144 and take it over. Or via the free function blocks and analog value memory. Use therfor the function diagrams in the list manual. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/70983838
