Error has occurred validating rights for using the SFC

While opening i am getting "Error has occurred validating rights for using the SFC., Check your Automation Licence manager and the installed keys." pop-up. This is due to SIMATIC logon software OR SFC produced by password!!! OR someother issue? I hopeI stated clearly in my problem, thanks in advance
