Is there possible to import data from website in step7 SCL

hello one more question is there possible to import data from website (something like this) in step7 SCL "http://meteo.arso.gov.si/met/sl/warning/hail/" if weather report is "red or 3/3" i will get on one signal value is 1 else signal value is 0 ? thank you for help |

Guess it's impossible directly, though maybe possible through some sort of gateway. Honestly, i didn't saw such requirements ever before. |
