skywalker123 Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Hi I try to learn about Sicam PAS before join a training cource and I have a problem that I do not understand. Could somebody give me advise? I use PAS full server demo to connect to protection devices that only support static report. I check with siemens SCL validator and IEC Browser that it fine. But after import to PAS full server and test in PAS operation. I check mms that has 2 client polling the server at the same time( see picture). Somebody give me adivse? And do sicam pas has a setting like : do not purge buffer at start up. Brgds Attachment Picture.jpg (667 Downloads)

Or one report for normal events and another for protection events. So it is normal for a client to access more than one report during communication. You can check in PAS Mapping which reports are being used by each information. Sicam PAS do not purge the buffer on startup. If the report has buffer, Sicam will retrieve it. Mike

skywalker123 Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Hi Mike Thanks for your answer. The problem is I use virtual PC2007 that cause PAS UI request 2 time at the same time. I use VMware and the problem gone. Thanks.
