Wincc Flexible 2004/2005 to 2008

I don't know exactly the version of Wincc used for the same. Now If i want to open it now then it could not be opening. So please reply what would be the solution for the same.

SZH Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hello, I am not sure, but you can follow this steps.I tried this some years back Open the Flexible Software installed in your PC. try to open the old Flexible software. generally when you open the lower version of software on the higher version you will get a pop-up message and over there you can see what version of software was available. If you didn't get any messgae then the old software version is same as the version of software installed in your laptop. Also, if the backup software was build on the higher version then your which is installed on your PC then you wont able to open the software. Hope this helps you.

Hello, I think you have to start migrating from one version to next version one by one.... Please let us know how do you resolve this?

So the project may not created by WinCC flexible 2004/2005. May be it was created by 2007 or even 2008. What's the version of your WinCC flexible you have? and Which Panel you have? Normally newer version of WinCC flexible SW can open older versions. Hope this helps.
