PID config problems in the CPU 215 (PID wizard disabled)

Anibaljsj86 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	hello, I'm doing a project which will control the pressure. Pressure will controlled by varying the pump flow. The pressure will be obtained by a sensor (Presostato) I have a PLC S7-200 cpu 215 analog inputs(EM 231 AI 3X12 BITS), analog outputs (EM 232 AQ 3X12 BITS). I trying to set the PID with the wizard (Tools / Operations Assistant) does not appear PID. From the tree (project / Assistants / PID), I set it up, but when compiling with cpu 215, I get error (CPU does not support this operation) According to the manual, CPU 215 allows PID, but i dont know how to do. Please help me. SPANISH hola, Estoy realizando un proyecto donde controlare la presion. La presion se controlara variando el caudal de una bomba. La presion se obtendra por un sensor (Presostato). Cuento con un PLC S7-200 cpu 215, entradas analogicas (EM 231 AI 3X12 BITS), salidas analogicas (EM 232 AQ 3X12 BITS). Al tratar de programar el PID con el asistente (Herramientas/Asistente de operaciones) no aparece PID. Desde el arbol (Proyecto/Asistentes/PID), logro configurarlo, pero al compilar con el CPU 215 me salen errores (CPU no soporta esta operacion) Segun los manuales el CPU 215 si permite PID, pero nose como hacerlo. Por favor su ayuda.

You have to use the PID block you find in Floating-point Math. How to use this block you find in S7-200 programming tips tip 54. Regards, Marcjan
