tisha03 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi, I would like to know if the usb "host to Host" cable that allows connect the OP 177B to the pc is a siemens product?, or if this cable has a especial configuration? or if I can use a conventional USB-USB cable to connect the pc to the panel?. Thaks.

Hello, First I would like to tell that the USB-master-master cable is not just straight extension cable. I think the follwoing link will be useful for you. Which USB master-master cables are recommended for the configuration download from WinCC flexible/ProTool to a Windows CE panel? Hope this helps.

Ayman where is the diffrent betweenhost-to-host using toTransfer data from PC to HMI panel and normail USB cable ? where I buy USB cable from IT story and try to download project butthis message appear (could not establish connection please check your setting ,interfaces,cables,etc) I check setting in my HMI panel and Wincc flexible ,mode for each are USB and check wiring cable it seems OK

The USB BULK driver has to be installed separately for each PC USB interface. From hardware point of view: USB host to host cable akaEasy Transfer Cable is aUSB 2.0device which is used to connect two computers together. The connectors are bothUSB-A male connectorsto connect to each PC, but the cable also has a small box in the middle which contains the needed electronics andchipsetto allow the two connected computers to communicate with each other, and controls current flow between the two computers (a direct USB-A to USB-A cable between each computer should not be used due to ashort circuitrisk).
