C7 636 HMI Backup/Restore procedure

Nibsy Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hi all, I have to replace a Simatic C7 636 HMI panel that has a u/s display. Could somone possibly guide me through the procedure to transfer the program and recipes onto the new panel. I have a pc with Prosave and Step 7 software installed. Thank you for any help.

Hello Nibsy, Oh, the C7-626 was based on OP25 Have a look at the following link: how do you back transfer the projects of an operator panel and what should you watch out for? have a look at "back_transfer_devices_e", then you will find out that with C7-626, uploading and Backup/restore is not possible Best regards, Wizard
