Dear experts,

I have configured a S7-315 2DP with 3 nos 32 ch DI ,1 no 32 ch DO , 2nos 32 ch DO and 1no 4AI//2AO 8bit and running for four days.

we are using one analog output channel address PQW251 in program
now I have a problem with analog module
In CPU SF ledON and diagnosis buffer it is showing a error of IO access error,writing p area

We have checked the following points.

1) replaced the Analogue module
2) changed the bus connecter
3) Memory card cleared and reconfigured.

But I could not get the solution

If Iprogram the Analogue output with any address it is going to fault mode. same program and configuration running in other machine from last one month without any problem.

we connected the 24 supply to analogue module from cpu power supply module


If I remove the analogue output address in program, then cpu going to run mode.

Please help us to solve this problem.
