Micromaster 430 speed synchronization problem

daad Gold Member Joined: 10/31/2011 Last visit: 4/8/2025 Posts: 400 Rating: (5)	Dear All, I hav two induction motors with micromaster 6ES6430-2U35-5FA0(Master) and 6ES6430-2UD41-6GA0(Slave).but when we try to sync them the DC link exceeds its limit and shows F002 error on master drive.The analog signals for both Drives are generated by S7 PLC according to gear ratio. So is there any proper way to synch them. Regards

Regards F002 is coming because of speed mismatch Normally In Master Slave configuration, Setpoint for Slave drive is to be given from Master drive and that too direct torque setpoint (output of Speed Controller) Slave drive will run without speed controller I think there was a discussion regarding this here but I am not able to find I will look and upload any document if I find Regards, Devesh Vithani
