MM440 triping with F0453

I thought maybe the drive was the problem so i changed it by a same rating. It happens the same. I try to run the drive from PC (drive monitor). In the error list i see the code 453. I disconnect output cable and still tripping from the same fault. Drive was in operation before i put it. Anyone can help on this. I think from the code that is the error F0453 which i do not see on the fault list of MM440. I read other threads telling that this is the code error for Motor stall but normally i have run other times Inverters without output cable connected and normally it will run only having A0922 which means no load applied to the inverter. Drive type is 6SE6440-2UD31-5DA1 Anyone can help on this please !

Try setting control mode to V/F scalor mode and try to run drive without motor. You said you cant find F453 in fault list Please check updated Manual. You will find it in the list Parameter List: MICROMASTER 440 Regards, Devesh

The same inverter is working perfectly for a water pump application P1300 = 0. I took this inverter to use it for a vibrating feeder which have to motors of 4 Kw each one. Now i put the same parameters of the inverter which was installed before that is damaged. In this case P1300 = 20 What do u suggest ? Thank you very much for your help !

I learned from the manual that in cases when is used the control mode sensorless vector control P1300=20 it is very important to carry out the motor data identification from the inverter P1910. After doing this the inverter started without any problem ! Thank you for the support !
