Wincc OPC Client and RED lion Control as OPC servsr

Hello, I create a one project in Wincc Flex as opc server and another project as a Client.
When I put wincc Flex OPC server in RUNTIME i can access the all the Tags in Client project. But when I am trying to connect Wincc as a OPC client and Red Lion as a OPC server. I have created OPC server with 3 tags. This 3 tags access with another OPC client Successfully. When I am trying to connect with wincc flex then OPC server showing Connected and running status. But i am unable to browse tag from OPC server in Wincc Flex. also i am trying to Connect s7-200 PC Access with Wincc Flex Same thing is happenning. Please help me as early as possible. I read the manual and done setting as per given but unable to browse tag. I have also access all the configured tag on Elipse scada but unable to access on Wincc Flex Please help me on this.
