TP1200 Comfort logon problem

Ankat Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hello, maybe someone knows that might be. I have problem with user logon (User administration). When I'm transfering my project to TP1200 Comfort panel then everything is Ok. But for some time something happens and I can't logon with my username and password to get higher priority of SCADA. The panle said that username or password is incorrect. I'm retransfering the project and again all is OK for some time. What can be?

Hello, The most possible reason for log on is wrong password entry. By Default 3 times is allowed you to enter the correct password beyond that if you don't enter correct password you will not be able to logon again untill you download the program again. have a look at log on settings in attachment. It's the same for WinCC (Tia Portal) When you change the "number of invalid login attempts" to 0. The problem will not occur anymore. Best regards, Wizard
