samiraj Experienced Member Joined: 10/13/2012 Last visit: 2/10/2025 Posts: 79 Rating: (0)	dear friends , its 840D_PL(pcu50.3) with hmi v07.06... its working since last one year smoothly but now newly came problems working normal one hour after 1hour its going gang up , not working soft key or hard key also where its problems couldn't find it please help me regards samiraj

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (484)	Hello, Please check that your NCU is not fully loaded. check the NC memory how much it is? Check your partprograms does the full programs are loaded into NC...?? Check the supply voltage given to the PCU50. there should not be any floating voltage b/w o and gnd. Check your incoming if your using neutral...Neutral to Gnd should be less than a volt. check it out and revert back. Regards, Prakash

samiraj Experienced Member Joined: 10/13/2012 Last visit: 2/10/2025 Posts: 79 Rating: (0)	dearEkalavya 1, I have checked pcu50.3 input voltage (24v DC) that is ok , noacceleration of voltage + to - =23.78VDC + to gnd =23.81VDC - to gnd =030.3 mvDC 2, NCU Memoryavailable2.5 MB 3. that program unloaded to HD than again load NC again same problems comming (tatally hang i have turn off byStabilizersor main switchonly ) 4, this problems coming while running program on Auto mode regards samiraj

NCU problem :is it all of the part program will trigger this problem??? you can creat new one ,program or subprogram,run~~~~~ if ok,check you last program Structure

Simon Lin 1943 Member Joined: 7/18/2013 Last visit: 8/5/2025 Posts: 13 Rating: (3)	OEM screen is easy to clone copy f:\user f:\add_on f:\dh restore a clear HDD image(no hmi has been installed) and then install HMI V7.6 after that, paste above 3 folder to f:\ thatthisway can excluding HMI problems
