Hello all.

In the last month I have installed 3 Micromaster 420 inverters and none of them are discoverable by Starter. At the first two drives I was on site and the configuration was quite easy so I didn't waste time finding out why starter doesn't find the drive. But now I have a more complex configuration and commissioning the drive with Starter is a must. But like I said I cannot connect to the drive at all. The funny thing is that one of our old machines in our firm has the exact same Micromaster drive and I can connect to it without changing any of the connection settings. 3 different but new drives can't be a coincidence that they are not discoverable by starter I think...??? Forgot to mention that I am connecting with USS.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation?
