802D LT MODULE

Rajni Bronze Member Joined: 12/14/2012 Last visit: 8/26/2025 Posts: 72 Rating: (2)	Sir I have one turning maschine in this m/c X & Z axis are working fine but when I start the spindle its move Alittle bit & given error 608 ( 608 Speed controller output limited ) Before this as per maschine operator when he starts the spindle m/c stops with tripped with a sound in drive. m/c is in running condition . last month its LT module replace with new one Why its happened again & again I check its power cable , connection motor winding evrything found ok. LT MODULE 6SN1123-1AA00-0CA1 50AMP

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (485)	Hello, 608 Alarm can come if the motor brake is not released. If it is mechnically there is a problem. Check the current how much it is drawing while running and as wellas standstill. Try to take the servo trace you can check how the current is taking while cutting. Bus bar which is connect to pcb Its screw get loose & due to this loosen screw there is carbon deposited.Due to this its damaged small pcb area. Is this a reason to get fault ? Actully I do not put it back to maschine. I cleaned the pcb remove carbon with cleaner & clear with soldering. Should I put it back to maschine? Attachment IMG_20131014_203643_0.jpg (300 Downloads)

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (485)	Hello, Don't put in to the machine it can cause further damage... have you checked the diodes acrossed the IGBT's whether it shows open or short. /tf/WW/en/Posts/41324#top Check the above link regarding the power module how to check with multimeter.
