Never worked with a current sinking device so has some questions regarding how to wire it... I was thinking wiring like the attached pdf.. Is that correct? Bear in mind the analog device is 4-20mA current sinking... On page 2 is how I normally do it when we have a sourcing device..

Tried that and it didnt work.. Attached are a cut out from the sensor manual how it should be connected... How to get this to work??
