Dear Sir,

I did commissioning for 8 drives S120 cu310 fan and pumps application ,the drives working fine but When the pumps or fan are loaded (Switched to high speed) immediately after 3 seconds on the panel of the freq converter the alarm LED flashes and in warning the following message is appears- "A07400- DC link voltage max. controller active".

Note :the current and power are not stable showing in the AOP ,I checked the drives and motor rating everything fine .

the power module rate 7.5 KW /18.4 A

the motor rating 7.5 KW /12.9 A / 2913 RPM
