SINAMIC S110 to 1200 speed controlled with lenght counter???

LECA Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	Hallo, have PLC 1214C and Sinamic S110/CU305DP with servo 1FK7042 (drive cliq) and it pulling a band, speed controlled. But I also need to calculate the lenght (like basic positioner) with possibility to reset the lenght counter. + basics like reading error code, status of drive, possibly also safety status. Need tip on who to set up the easyest way. (Both sinamic/plc) in 1200 telegram 1,2,3,4,7,9,102,103,110,390,391, and extension can easy be created as in 82841762. But what to chose in Sinamic.

zako_ Posts: 895 Rating: (67)	normally you can use the basic positióner in Jog mode and define the max. velocity as Jog1- Speed. With the override you can do an speed adaption - that is like a speed controlled axis. Alternative would be to activate the ramp generator (not basic positioner) and activate the position controller only by right mouse click on the axis - see function modules. But than you have to deactive the positoncontroller and activte the ramp generator again. Don`t swith on the drive, when the postion setpoint = 0 and the actual value is somewhere else (the drive would accelerate because of the output of the position controller)!
