N.Tufail Posts: 44 Rating: (0)	hello, i have PLC s7-200 cpu 224xp, i have trial version of WINCC, i have RS-232 serial cable,and i want to connect my HMI designed on my Computer with my PLC.is it possible to link my PLC with my HMI with the above mentioned hardware. is it possible to do so, do i need any other thing? what is OPC server concept, is it already present in my PLC or not? is it compulsary to have OPC server to link my HMI to my PLC?i am very confused.kindly do help me.........!

I'm not sure it will work with a trial version, you have to read about the limitations of a trial version. regards, Marcjan
