rhemmali Advanced Member Joined: 10/9/2008 Last visit: 2/22/2023 Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	HI , I try to understand what is the problem with my SIMOVERT 6SE7037 . for that i need u help : First the problem was A017 and i have change IGD card . the problem changed to F011 I HAVE CHANGE IVI CARD AND after i do the test i have new problem , F047 ; That mean with doc to change CU card . no spare for the moment for that . is it normal to have all that fault ? . ( before all was ok ) . cu card is the only solution for F0'è problem ? thanks .

( before all was ok ) . cu card is the only solution for F0'è problem ? thanks . Hi, you had some bad luck there. First question: does your drive have a Z Option +K80? (look at the part number label) If yes, then it was a simple fix, the safety relay was switched out. If no, then the A017 fault can be a real pain in the ass. It means you have a "hardware" fault, something is causing the CU/IVI to register a problem with the power electronics. Before changing the IGD, I would have check there are no obvious problems with a multimeter between DC and motor output terminals. If you change an IGD only, you could be putting a good card onto damaged transistors. F011 can also mean a lot of things, from transistor/IGD problems to CT feedback faults as well as the usual ground or motor faults. I'll admit that F047 is not a common fault, and I can't see how an IVI change can cause this, unless the CU was blown up during your switch on. Is there any visible damage on the CU (look at the IC's for splits/cracks) or any burn marks. I WOULD NOT put another CU in the drive before performing a full diagnostic - sounds like you need a visit from a service engineer. Regards, Graeme
