girish bodhale Posts: 51 Rating: (1)	Thanks for the reply ill try it and let you know about it Sir i have another problem KTP600 DP while updating os there was power falure, after resuming power HMI was not going in bootloder mode and eventualy i am not able to get the transfer screen so cant communicate with the hmi Plz tell how do i update the os.

Hello, You need to perform an OS update, with the option "Reset to factory settings"selected. See the following link: how do you do an operating system update (OS update) on operator panels? girish bodhale Posts: 51 Rating: (1)	Version of my Prosave is V7.4.6.0 in which there is no option to select "reset to factory" And more then that i have tried setting pg/pc interface, turning on/off the hmi But communication is not there between PC & HMI. What do i do???? If you have prosave V9.0.............. plz give
