What kind of module exactly is that? Are you worked before with that adapter? |

Hello ALGUDKAR RAO The "Old" PC Adaptor USB (e.g. 6ES7972-0CB20-0XA0) requires 24V from the DB 9 connector side. This 24V is available on S7 CPU's Profibus and MPI ports but NOT on ET200M IM153's. A few possible solutions are: 1.) Buy and add thePLUG-IN POWER SUPPLY SET PC ADAPTER USB (6ES7972-0CA00-0XA0) 2.) Buy the newer PC Adaptor USB A2 (6GK1571-0BA00-0AA0) which is powered entirely by the USB port. 3.) Buy a CP5711 4.) Use a Siemens Field PG 5.) Connect to the S7 CPU I hope this helps |

same answer as before for the ET200Mdear ALGUDKAR RAO, the ET200S IM151-1DB9 port does also NOTprovide the USB adaptor with the required 24V (possible solution are also as listed before). |
