flako Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	DEAR EXPERT: I HAVE A CUVC 3.4 VERSION AND I CHARGED IT WITH A PROGRAM 2.2 VERSION VIA PC SERIAL PORT. - WHEN I RUN THE DRIVE IT ONLY REACH 0.3 Hz.WITH 100% OF INLET SIGNAL. (MY PROGRAM IS THAT IN 100% OF SIGNAL MUST GET TO 60 Hz) - AND IN ANOTHER TIME THE DRIVE DOESN¨T DO ANYTHING, ANY CHANGE AT ALL. NOTICE THAT THE PMU SHOWS P°009. DO I HAVE A PROBLEM BECAUSE OF THE VERSION DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE CUVC AND THE PROGRAM?? PLEASE HELP ME!!! BEFOREHAND THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!!

Gary.Hare Posts: 101 Rating: (8)	There is no reason to downgrade a v3.4 card to v2.2. The cards are always backwards compatable. Without checking I'm not sure if the 3.4 can be downgraded so far but I'd advise to revert it back to 3.4 and use it as such. When you download your v2.2parameter set to the new card it should flag a firmware error mismatch but give you the option to 'convert' then download.

Between both, CUVC - CUPM,the parameter adjustmants can not used toeach other. (Comletely different). For parameters from CUVC FW3.2 to 3.4 a so called delta upload from FW3.2and then download to FW 3.4 device, which has been in default before is a good way.
