Hi UMENCHO It is scaled as 0-2200 rpm. It's a fixed speed synchronous motor 1800rpm,and I never saw slippage in physical speed (as the Power grid frequency is stable always) and the other circuit monitoring the speed is always reading stable values. NAMUR is feeding 4PPR to signal converter, then 4-20 mA to isolation/buffer then to AI card. I replaced the sign. converter and AI. NAMUR checked physicallyfor intactness. My doubt was whether distance>200 M causing this sporadic alarm. But Marcjan clarified that it shdn't be an issue as we use a barrier.
