Unfortunatly I replaced nothing. MM430 was not in operation about 2 months and it didn't restart.

Generalyallinputs and outputs work. I have also access to all parameters and able to change them. but it doesn't works because can not read power pack and shows F0052 r0200=0 r0206=0.

Dear llver:
First,you can check the IGBT condition fromIGBT board, the second,you can find ICXXX in the board. this IC is recorded system data. R0200 R.... if thesystem data was been lost, you must replace it.
