Insterfacing substation to PCS7

Our plant is control and monitored by a PCS7 DCS system. We would like to interface three substation to our exisiting system. Each substation will have 10 DO's for breaker close/open command, 5 DI's for open/close status, ION 7300 revenue metering (with available profibus output) and Siemens & 7SJ602 protection relay (iec60870 , Profibus & Modbus, available for communication). Can somebody give me advise which is the most cost effective RTU and easy integration to our PCS7 we can use? Thanks in advance, Gibson

Actually I agree with your recommendation because it will be easier for me to configure it in our pcs7. What my worry is the modbus communication for the protection relay and profibus comms for the revenue metering. In case i will do profibus com, i will only need im module, profibus to FO converter, digital input and output module,cp341 for the modbus and ycoupler for the profibus? By the way we have 6 rail module in our pcs7, may i know how many im can i connect to it? If i will use s7300 for the substation and use tcp connection to my pcs7. I know this is possible but i dont know how to congigure it in pcs7. Can you give procedure how to do it? It is possible to communucate thru s7? Thanks in advance.
