Max.cable length for IO card Module specific data???

Hi all In S7-300 MODULE data , for each I/O card cable length specified under Module specific data. For Ex. 200 m for 6ES7331 -1KF02-0AB0 can anybody educate me ,what is this Max. cable length ???
