Positioning with S120

k.bilic Posts: 19 Rating: (0)	Hi guys. I need to implement positioning function with PLC S7-300 (with step7) and S7-1500 (with tia portal). I am using S120 with CU 310 PN. How can I set up S120 to work in positioning mode, and with what function blocks can I send absolute position to drive? I know how to configure positioning that I can control from Starter, but is there any difference in setting it up so I can control it from PLC? Thanks.

S120 on S7-3xx: Programming with "STEP7 classic". So the STARTER would be included in the SIMATIC Manager ("DRIVE ES functionality").
