CU320 V4.1 AND V4.6

My customers want to buy replacement for this CU320, but I only can buy CU320 with newest version (v4.6). So can I use the old CF card (software v4.1) to the new CU320 v4.6? if yes, what procedures I need to do? My company is distributor of SIemens at Viet Nam, I usualy sent my question to support mail before and I hope when I ask to on this forum I am supported as well as the mail
