Wincc Flexible 2008 , EOL ?

Rivas Posts: 77 Rating: (7)	I have heard that programming HMI panels with Wincc flexible 2008 will stop when the new serie of panels will arrive. (around oktober 2014) what of this is true and if so, how about the runtime advanced license will this continue ? Gr.

The production and supply of SIMATIC WinCC flexible 2007 will be discontinued effective October 1, 2012. This means that from this date onward the relevant products including the ASIA versions will be deleted from our supply program and cease to be available. At the same time all maintenance and upkeep activities for SIMATIC WinCC flexible 2007, including the associated options, will be discontinued. Regards, Marcjan
