Thanks&regards, raj Hello, If you want to make it easy than In Ladder language there sfc available for Scalling. In that Function give input and ranges and you are done. And one important think dont forget to change particular chanel you want to use range selection to 0-10 v . Best Regards

You may create your own logic based on linear logic (y=mx+c) or there are many readymade function available. e.g. FC 105 for Simatic Manager Environment, S_ITR for S7-200.

Do you want analog setpoint for PID or for some other logic? Also 0-10V is your analog input range for the AI but what is your actual process range? If you are using the process range for you PID controller as input then you must have to convert the same scale range for setpoint also. So just give some more details to help you in proper direction.
