hmi on profibus network

saeedplc Posts: 288 Rating: (4)	hello. we have a machine with sinumerik 840d(pcu50.3) and op77b. the op has been connected to profibus network with address number 8 but it isn't integrated into s7 plc project. i've used prosave v7.4 in order to take backup of the op and for this i connect profibus cable to one of sockets of profibus line(on the ncu 573.1) and take the op to transfer mode.(channel2 mpi/profibus). i've used cp5512 as an interface an set pg/pc interface to cp5512(profibus). My problem is that the prosave software can not connect to op77b! please help me. best regards.

VVago Posts: 784 Rating: (53)	Hello, Marcjan Hello, Open Set PG/PC interface, can be found in the control panel of Windows or in start Simatic, etc. Set interface to CP55xx MPI , baudrate according to transfersettings in the Panel.
