You can do it using only one AO (of the PLC) connected to AI ( of the MM440). When the first condition that should activate the 1 set point happen, you will move the required value to the AO. And the same thing for the second value. So you will work in the PLC program. Parametrs of the MM$ will b P0700 = 2 & P1000 = 2 2. To use CDS. Make two CDSs first will work with AI1 and the second will work with AI2. P0700[1] = 2 P1000[1] = 2 P0700[2] =2 P1000[2] = 7 Hope this helps.

I tried it and its working Applies to: MM440 The following settings allow the user to switch between Analogue Input 1 and Analogue Input 2. (This is the same function as MM3 P51 = 24.) P0809[2] = 1 - copy CDS P0703[0] = 99 P0703[1] = 99 P1000[0] = 2 P1000[1] = 7 P0810 = 722.2 Note: This example uses Digital Input 3 to do the changeover. For other inputs change P070x and the value of P0810.
