mpm calculation in s7200

sudhir kapil Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	hi, i am using s7 224 cpu in tube mill application. i want to calculate pipe speed in mpm(meter per minute)so i already used one 1024 ppr incremental encoder with a idle roll for length calculation.this roll is moving along with pipe when machine is running and gives pulses.these pulses i am reading on high speed counter 0 with mode 9. its working fine. but now is it possible to calculate mpm with same counter or how i calculate mpm and length with one encoder in 224 cpu sudhir
