Simulation of hydraulic axis

DavidBrown Posts: 975 Rating: (9)	I know you can simulate the drive of an electrical axis in Simotion. So, with no drive connected and simulation setup, you can position the axis in Simotion. I am now in a situation where I have a hydraulic axis and I have the position feedback fysically attached to the Simotion, but I have no analog output module for the setpoint to the valve. Is it possible to simulate the setpoint part of the hydraulic axis, while using the real feedback device (in my case SMC 30).

You can use a free I/O area in you project, e.g telegram extension of the CU or drive.
