Communication Simotion - Sinamics

DavidBrown Posts: 975 Rating: (9)	I have a Simotion D435-2 PnDp that has several ET200M as IO-devices, there is also a S7 CPU 315-2PN connected to the Simotion. The 315 cpu has only local IO. For communication between the Simotion and the S7, I suppose Profinet RT communication with Simotion as IO-controller and Simatic as I-Device is an option? Are there configuration and programming examples avaible for that? What if the S7 should also have an ET200M rack on the same Profinet, just as the Simotion has several ET200M on the same Profinet, would this configuration still work with Simotion as IO-controller and S7 as I-device? Are there other communication possibilities between Simotion and Simatic on the same Profinet?

Does that mean f.i. when I have a S7 profinet CPU and Simotion that is connected to the same profinet network, that if there is an ET200M on that profinet, that one IO-card of the ET200M can be read by the S7 CPU and another IO-card on the same ET200M could be read by the Simotion? Or is it even possible that both read the same IO-card?
