I've problem with old system using S5-95U and OP17 that the data is lost from the PLC and unfortunately I don't have the source files for the S5-95U CPU and I've re-built both programs for the PLC and the Op17 unit but I get message #115 on the OP17 and I think there must be some configuration missing in the S5-95U that I don't know and don't find it in the Op17 manual.

I need the exact steps and what to do to establish communication between CPU and OP17 given that I'm using the RS232-TTY cable from the PG-Port in the CPU and IF1A in the OP17 unit and selected the AS511 V6.0 as in the sample program of the ProTool package

I make only the adjustments for the ProTool application of the OP17 as I attached in the picture above and I read that there must be FB51 (Standard function) to be loaded to the CPU with DB of length at least 175 DW , also OB21,OB22 to be created and transfered with some instructions. I read all this yesterday in the manual "Communication" but unfortunately I don't have the Coros Standard function disk to load the FB51 and I don't know if it is possible to download it from the site here or not?
