SICAM PAS V5.11 IEC104 Master License

goran000 Posts: 19 Rating: (0)	Hello to all Is it possible to have IEC104 MASTER license with SICAM PAS V5.11? In feature enabler i can't see that option. In SICAM PAS V7/8 i see that as an Master protocol option in the price list. Thanks Goran

goran000 Posts: 19 Rating: (0)	Another thing is: I have SICAM PAS V5.11 and IEC101 slave license. I have a IEC101 to IEC104 converter and GPRS gateway. Can i Connect PAS V5.11 somehow on SICAM SCC V7 with IEC104 Data Server Driver? OR Can i do it on SICAM 230 (i have no experience with 230?) Regards Goran

fanana Posts: 179 Rating: (1)	Hi I gooran000 I think if you have sicam pas and connected to sicam Scc You can connect (mapping)the data to wincc without using 104 driver which always use to connect Scada ,control center. Why do you need this specefice protocol on the sicam scc (win CD)

Mike J Platinum Expert Joined: 10/9/2007 Last visit: 1/16/2026 Posts: 1295 Rating: (116)	hi fanana i think he only has serial connection from PAS, this is why he wants to use T101. if this is the case, the easiest way would be to have a second PAS, maybe installed together with SCC. This PAS would connect to the old PAS and to WinCC. This PAS has to be compatible with SCC/WinCC, the older PAS may remain in v5.11

goran000 Posts: 19 Rating: (0)	Yes , i have only T101 slave on PAS V5.11 on a working substation. I have a engineering dongle PAS V5.11 with all the licenses including T101 Master (and, of course, without option to have T104 Master, because of the PAS version). The substation has no wired connection to any telecom operator , nor proprietary. I have a GPRS modem and converter IEC101-IEC104 and i don't have PAS V7/8 RC dongle (i have no option to have T104 Master on PAS). So, only options that i have is the SCC with IEC104 Data Import (i don't know is it possible to manualy assign T104 addresses) and maybe SICAM 230. What do you think? Thanks
