PC Adapter USB and windows 7 64bit not working with step 7 v5.5 + sp4

wlangstraat Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hallo, I have problems to make connection with a S7-413-2DP in step7 I use a Siemens PC adapter USB V1.2 and I have also tried with V1.3 without success. When I try to download the project in to the PLC I have the error message 33:16662 When I go to the HW config in step7 then to 'Download to module' then press select all and then on OK, S7 can find the PLC and I see the LEDS USB and MPI flashing for a short time after when I press on 'view' or 'Update' But when I press on 'OK' I have the error code 33:16662 and 13:31 I have some like a little bit connection but not complete good. I have also tried it with a other laptop (1 years olders but like the same hardware and manufacturer etc) I there is it working fine. I have tried to install the next driver, but is also not working, https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/llisapi.dll?func=cslib.csinfo&lang=en&objid=27062840&caller=SR&caller=view I have looking for the diferend USB drivers on the 2 laptops and I see that the old laptop have the Intel C216 USB driver and the new laptop (where I have problems) the intel C220 USB driver. Is it possible that the newer driver means that I have this problem, or are there maybe other thinks what I can try.

lad_stl Posts: 101 Rating: (0)	hiiiiiii, you need to check for the connection bet PLC and PC. 1-what type of connection you intend to use bet. PLC and PC (MPI or DP)? 2-manage the communication features of the connection you choose(i.e baud rate , bus , etc......) 3-set PG /PC interface as the connection you actually made.
