All IGBT bought are Siemens Genuine parts, Bought from Siemens. I’m confused concerning of P/N of IGBT 6SY7000-0AF07 . The part list of the drive 6SE7032-6TG60 shows that IGBT used have P/N 6SY7000-0AC82 (see attached file) In Siemens website, they put successor to P/N 6SY7000-0AC82 is P/N 6SY7000-0AE73. thanks Kim, actually,in Siemens service support website, for P/N 6SY7000-0AC82 (description : SIMOVERT MASTERDRIVES IGBT-TRANSISTOR MODULE BSM300GA120 DN2S, 300 A, 1200 V), they putthat this item is discontinued and its successor is P/N 6SY7000-0AE73 (description : SIMOVERT MASTERDRIVES IGBT TRANSISTOR MODULE BSM300GA120 DN2F, 300 A, 1200 V)
for the snubber resistor 6SY7000-0AB18, when we first installed the new IGD board 6SE7033-2EG84-1JF1, we removed all of them.
And for the WR CONDUCTOR BARS P/N 6SY7000-0AE43, we kept it there after removing the connecting brackets of the snubber resistors, as per Siemens instruction (see attached file) AttachmentIGD3_Kompatibilitätsbeschreibung_Compatibilty_description.pdf (606 Downloads) |
