Part no: 6SE7090-0XX84-1FK0 It is used to test 1) Control voltages 2) Main and shun contactors 3) DC link voltage sensing 4) Tempurature sensing 5) UCE faluts 6) IGBT firing It is quick and easy, it only takesa few minutes then you can be 95% sure the drives hard ware is OK. Price is about 800-900 Euro at a guess
