I already access to the web: https://www.automation.siemens.com/sow and https://b2b-extern.automation.siemens.com/spares_on_web(bD1lbiZjPTA4MCZkPW1pbg==)/default.htm I try to find spare parts but website is not working with my serial number Can you help me? Information: 6ES7041-3EL80-Z T-W22647600071 G95+K01+K11+K92 Thanks all.

First of all, the partnumbers can't be right, try 6SE7...... instead of 6ES7...

If that does not work, you have compatibility mode on?
