LOGON WINDOW DON'T APPEAR ON TP1500 COMFORT

We put the correct value of DNS but is not possible see the other network pc's. The LOGON Window don't appear !!! why ? The ethernet is configured correctly, the TP1500 still communicate with 2 cpu S7-315. Anybody can give me some suggest ? thanks

With panel MP377 programmed with WinCC Flex 2008, it's happen. I think that could be a problem of Windows CE v.6.0 or image version of TP1500 comfort. What kind of test we can do ?
