frequent change of ivi card after F029

niazi Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	dear friends i am facing with error code 029 and consequently have to change ivi card then all OK. what can i do and how can i prevent it to happen again. i appriciate my colleagues if they can help me with this problem.thanks a lot and all the best.inverter type is:6SE7037-otj60-z

suresh patel Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hi, I joined forum this month. Very helpful. I had same problem with fault code F011,F029. I changed O/p current transformers. The drive worked good for couple of months. Again I got same fault code. I changed IVI card. But I got A017. I don`t know where is X9 terminals located. I put back the old IVI card. The drive worked good with no faults. So anybody can tell that it is a IGD/IGBT problem. Thanks

niazi Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	dear suresh with my investigations i found that root cause of f029 is improper earthing in overal system and i can not do any thing about it with my knowledge. if you see fault no29 check ct-ivi-cuvc which i exprienced myself. if you have anything els to add i will appriciat it.thanks

ABO is sampling resistance board fixed on the ivi. it is easy to be damaged that the plastical fixed part on the older ivi board. if psu was not ok,then the interface board ivi did not work correctly.and you will get measure system fault F029. CUVC maybe damaged listed on the fault mamual. you can check it by replace a new spare part.
