LOGIN problem in winccflex

abhey dogra Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	we are using winccflex with siemens 840d system on wheel turning lathe.i am facing problem in logging in winflexcc programme. After turning on the machine the sytem booted up very well.After that when i open the Winccflex by entering the login id and password.The system does not respond.And the same login screen remains as it is. i have uploaded the ghost backup again but no relief. I donot have any separate wincc Flex in soft form.It was supplied by OEM at the time of commisioning of the machine. Kindly help out me in this situation.

abhey dogra Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	In addition to above when i checked the automation lisence manager it is not working. the Automation License Manager installed in the Serveris not opening and giving an error message that couldnot start services. I tried by starting the services of Automation License Manager from administrative tools but it is stopping automatically. Please provide support to solve this problem.

Usually the User Management will be importet when you start the Runtime. So you cant try to transfer the project and overwrite the User Management. you could also generate a new *.pwx file in the WinCC flexible project and than overwrite only the pwx Data (you have to rename the File in PDATA.pwx). But when you don´t have the project or WinCC flexible Engineering I don´t know what to do.. ---- At your Problem with the Licence Manager you could try to deinstall it an install the current Version on this Support Pages: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/114358 I hope it helps a little bit Bye Murof
