Nobody in the world is that much generous.. I don't take solving one's problem through teamviewer while he just sits infront of the laptop and watch that movieis considered as generousity. He is paid for his job, so he must do some effort in getting out of sticky situations. And he are not paid for just holding the laptop to the site.

Come on, small problemes, like connection of a PLC with Step 7.. could be fixed with teamviewer in seconds.. faster than writing something down on the forum
