I have looked into the datasheet of Crydom SSR you have mentioned. I am having similar kind of SSR which is zero crossing type SSR for resistive load having the rating for output volatge 24-480 V AC and 50 Amp. It is made by Unison and does have product no. 801 ZDA 48 50 01 and unfortunately no specific datasheet is available for it (though some information regarding technical paramters is available online). Now, my question is that whether there are any chances that SSR may get blow up while implementating PID through FB58 on it (or more precisely, using the auto-tuning feature of it?) If yes, then what are the factors to be considered while implementation? Does the minimum break time parameter plays any specific role in it? Looking forward for your answers. Thank you.
