Locked out of HMI

Chaz84 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hello I have been locked out of all service pages on my HMI. Even the admin password doesn't let me in. To rectify this I was going to transfer my Wincc project to the HMI again and then hopefully this should reset everything. However when I go to Transfer and I select only to overwrite passwords I get the message "can not find PDZ file" then it stops transfering. FYI The original backup is using Wincc Flexible 2008 SP2 and I have on my laptop SP3. Can anyone help? Attachment IMA4.JPG (271 Downloads)

If you have to reload it as explained above, you can prevent this to happen next time. Make backup to the HMI memory card.
